Our unparalleled enthusiasm for handcraft is evidenced by our bevy of beers, wonderful wines and classic cocktails.
Local is a Priority. To that end, we’re obsessed with honoring our Colorado kin whenever possible, including loads of local brews on tap, including some ridiculously good beers from our own breweries, custom tap wines from the Infinite Monkey Theorem urban winery and plenty of beverages from our skilled Colorado brewers, distillers and vintners. Sure, we've got the classics, too.
We like the idea of local, so much, in fact, we believe the locavore philosophy should extend beyond simply recognizing which farm grows your produce, which ranch raises your beef and which craft brewery manufacturers your small-batch beer. We believe that a true local focus is about people, talented people, coming together in a sort of co-op, unified by the common goal of improving hospitality through the advancement of their respective craft.
As such, we offer a World-class craft cocktail program spearheaded by some of the best mixologist in the country, right here in Denver, Colorado, at both our speakeasy-style back bar, The Coupe, and the original main bar at the Ghost.

Crafted through the winemaking skill of Ben Parsons from a quonset hut in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District.
